 SAT1 Registration Procedure |

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to www.collegeboard.com.
2. Click register for the SAT.
3. On the next page click the register now button.
4. On the right hand side column click sign up.
5. Choose student, then click submit
6. Fill out the sign up form, filling in all the required fields and click submit.
7. Unless you have registered before don’t fill out the top column, check your personal info, and put in your address and phone number (don’t put commas in the address lines or spaces in your phone number), remember to include Australia in your address as its an American company, click save and continue.
8. Review your personal information and conform by click save and continue.
9. On the next page click begin to start filling out your profile.
10. Fill out the parts of the profile about yourself that you wish to, clicking save and continue at the end of every page.
11. After you have finished your profile, click the begin button to choose your test details.
12. Read the terms and conditions and tick agree then save and continue.
13. Select SAT Reasoning test.
14. Select outside the U.S.
15. Select your grade.
16. Select your grade.

17. Don’t worry about selecting your high school.
18. Click no to the last 2 questions, then click save and continue.
19. Select your test date.
20. Save and continue.
21. Click the yes button if you would like to pay $10(U.S.) to have the answers sent out to you six weeks after the test to see what you did wrong or click no otherwise.
22. Save and continue.
23. Click search for a test centre, type in Australia and click search, sleect your closest or desired test centre and click select.
24. Repeat step 22 to choose your second choice of test centre(remember not to choose the same). Click save and continue.
25. Unless your child is looking at attending college in the States ignore the next page and click save and continue.
26. On this page you can choose a resource book if you would like but remember we recommend Barron’s Guide to the New SAT.
27. Save and continue.
28. Review the details you have put in, then out in your credit card details to pay.
29. Click submit payment (don’t click twice)
30. Wait for your request to be processed.
31. Click the print admission ticket button and print your admission ticket as you need this to get into the test. Remember to read the ticket thoroughly as it tells you what you need to bring, what you can bring, what time to be there, and where to be!!!
DON’T FORGET TO TAKE PHOTO ID.
