My daughter and I just completed our first marathon together. Running has helped us to grow so close. Who would have thought that a desire for better health, starting with a colon cleanser at age ten, would still be impacting our lives? My daughter finished first in her age group for the marathon and is determined that some day she will win the whole thing. She starts college in the fall, and she has a complete athletic scholarship. I am really proud of her. She even got her dad to finally take better care of himself. He may not run, but he does finally exercise every day and eat better.
