Working Out To Avoid Back Pain
I thought that I was doing a good thing for my body when I started to get back into the gym, but one little misstep on an exercise and I feel like I will not be able to walk again. I may be a little dramatic here, but that is how bad the pain is at the moment. I was doing some unsupervised exercises that I had not done before and I really pulled my lower back instead of trying to use my stomach more. I had heard that lower back pain causes could do this sort of thing but I had no idea.
