Delicious Salmon recipes !

Ingredients for a Delicious Salmon recipes! Take 4 medium sized salmon filets and 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander, chopped. 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 garlic clove finely chopped. 2 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped. 1 tsp grounded cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Pinch of salt and pepper. Method: Place the salmon filets in a shallow pan. Mix the yogurt, coriander, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, and salt and pepper and mix all these ingredients together. Pour it over the salmon filets, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Keep the salmon, on a well oiled grill over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Turn over fish and paste with the remaining marinate and cook for another 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked. Serve with white rice and salad and you have a quick and tasty Salmon recipe for the family.
