I’ve been going through some child support proceedings. I initially wanted my child’s father to pay support for our child but he asked the court for temporary custody. I knew I needed to contact an attorney who practices Tampa family law. I didn’t want to go to court and not  be able to represent myself effectively. My attorney said that there was a very little chance of the judge awarding him custody of my child especially since I’ve been the only one in his life since his birth. He said it was a smart idea to to hire him because he was going to work hard to make me and my child are happy.
