One of my coworkers is very quiet and shy, and she is a hard person to get to know. I had seen some of the beautiful paper crafted things she has made for women around the office, and when her birthday was coming up I decided to make her something special. I went to the craft store and bought quite a few different things, and the other office ladies and I put them into birthday gift baskets. We called a quick meeting, and then we presented her with the baskets and sang to her. She was genuinely touched, and it was fun to do that for her.
