We made sure to announce the completion of our building transformation by contacting the news media and surrounding Chamber of Commerce organizations. The Chamber of Commerce in our local area arranged for a ribbon cutting along with an open house to feature the LEED certification changes made to our building. The attention we made was a method of building excitement in other business owners along with bringing in new business for our company. New business contacts would help offset the expense we put into the building and we new that this along with the energy cuts would help pay for the changes quickly.
